Prataap Industries

You can find Prataap Industries at 57-9-24, right on Srmt Road in the Auto Nagar area. Being located in Auto Nagar means we are surrounded by other industrial shops and warehouses, so there is always a lot of activity and trucks moving around the streets. Our building is a practical one, built specifically for work rather than for looking good to passersby. We spend our days dealing with various industrial processes and manufacturing. It is a noisy environment, but that is what happens when you are in the heart of a busy industrial zone. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working together for a long time now. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just have a list of things to do each morning and we work through it until we are finished. The office is tucked into a small corner of the main floor, mostly to keep the paperwork away from the grease and the dust of the shop floor. Srmt Road gets quite busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is opening up their shops at the same time. We started small and stayed that way because it is much easier to manage things when you know every person on the floor. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the walls. We just have the machines and the orders. If you come by, you will probably find us in the middle of a job, covered in work clothes.
