Prakasha Babu

I am Prakasha Babu and I run my operations out of Visakhapatnam. The pin code here is 530001, right in the heart of the city. I’ve lived in Vizag my whole life and started this business because I wanted to work for myself. It’s not a huge corporation or a chain. It is just me and a couple of helpers working out of our small space. We deal with people face to face every day. The office is tucked away, nothing too flashy. Most days involve a lot of checking lists and making sure the orders are right. I think people appreciate that I’m actually there when they walk in. I don't use fancy software or complicated systems. A pen and a ledger usually do the trick for me. It’s worked for years so I see no reason to change it. The weather in Visakhapatnam can get pretty hot, so we usually have the fan going full blast while we work. My family lives nearby too. Sometimes my son comes in to help after school. We aren't trying to expand into some big empire. Just keeping the current customers happy is enough for us. If you need something handled, you can just drop by and talk to me. I prefer talking in person rather than over long emails. It’s just how things are done here. We keep it simple and honest. No big promises, just the work that needs doing every day.
