You can find us on Duvvada Station Road in Kurmannapalem. We’re located upstairs, right above Indian Opticals. It’s a busy spot in Visakhapatnam, especially with the 530046 zip code being such a hub for commuters. The stairs are a bit narrow, but once you get up here, it’s a decent space. Prabhaker Hand Writing & Spoken English Acedamy was set up because handwriting is something that often gets ignored these days with everyone using phones. We also spend a lot of time on spoken English. People come in from all over the neighborhood, some walking from the station and others living just down the street. It’s a practical place. We have rows of tables where people practice their letters and try to get their pronunciation right. It’s not always easy, and it takes a lot of patience from everyone involved. We hear the sounds of the road all day, but it’s just part of being in this part of town. We’ve been here long enough that most of the shopkeepers downstairs know us. It’s a very local feel. We don't have any big fancy advertisements. Most of our students come because a neighbor or a cousin told them about us. We just try to do a good job with the basics. It’s honest work, and we enjoy seeing someone finally get that one letter or sentence just right after trying so many times. It is rewarding to see that progress in our small corner of the world.
