Our place is located at Plot No. 115 in the Ramky Pharma City. It’s part of the SEZ in Parawada, which is a bit of a distance from the main city of Vizag. Working in a Special Economic Zone means there are a lot of gates and security checks. It’s a very organized area. Pharmazell (Vizag) Pvt Ltd is where we do our manufacturing. The site is pretty large. We have to wear the full gear—caps, coats, and all that—before we go onto the floor. It can get quite hot, but that’s the job. We spend our days looking at gauges and checking the chemical processes. It’s very technical work. We don't have time for fancy talk or marketing stuff. We just need the batches to come out right. The wind coming off the coast can be nice when we step outside for a break. Parawada is an industrial hub, so you are surrounded by other big plants. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on our own plot. Logistics is a big part of what we do, getting everything in and out of the SEZ. It’s a lot of coordination with the port and the customs officials. It’s just a regular, busy life in a pharma plant. We work hard, we follow the protocols, and we go home. That’s about it. There’s a lot of focus on detail, but it’s just the standard routine here.
