P.G. Tour & Travels Pvt.Ltd operates out of Shop No 7 in the Mahathma Gandhi Complex. We are located in Sriharipuram, which is a well-known part of Visakhapatnam. Our shop is quite close to the Sai Baba Temple, a landmark that most people in the area use to find their way around. It’s a modest little office in a local shopping complex. We don’t have any fancy glass walls or expensive air conditioning systems that work perfectly all the time. It’s just a place where we sit and help people book their tours and travel. Most of the people who come to us are locals from the Sriharipuram neighborhood. We handle things like bus bookings and car rentals, keeping it all very simple and down-to-earth. The office is usually filled with the sounds of the street outside. We are a small staff, so we do everything ourselves, from answering the phone to cleaning the desks. There is no corporate polish here. We just tell people the prices and the times and let them decide. Sometimes the computers are a bit slow, but we get the job done eventually. We like being in the Mahathma Gandhi Complex because it feels like a real community. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to treat everyone who walks in with a bit of common sense and a practical attitude.
