Suleka Industries

Suleka Industries is found at Plot No 14 and 16 within the AIE Industrial Park in Pedagantyada. We are right here in Visakhapatnam, which is a city we really like being a part of. The industrial park is always buzzing with activity, and our plots are no different. We have a fairly simple workshop where we get things made. It’s not a place with air conditioning in every corner, so we definitely feel the Andhra Pradesh heat during the summer months. Most of us have been working together for years, so we’re more like a group of neighbors than just coworkers. We don't use a lot of fancy management talk. If something breaks, we fix it. If an order is due, we work a bit faster to get it finished. The salt air from the coast sometimes affects the metal, so we have to keep an eye on everything. Our address in Pedagantyada is easy enough to find if you know the area. We like the fact that we’re away from the main city chaos but still close enough to get what we need. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. This is just us, sitting in the office near the entrance, making sure things go according to plan each day. We just value getting the job done without any extra drama or complications. It is what it is.
