You can find us at Mig-120 in the H. B. Colony, which is part of Pedagantyada in Visakhapatnam. It’s a residential area that has a lot of small shops mixed in. We’re one of those shops, focusing on retail as Pch Retail Ltd. The space is a bit tight because we have to fit all our stock in, but we make it work. We don't have any big corporate offices; it's just the shop floor and a small area in the back for storage. Working in Vizag means we get some of that coastal air, though it can get quite humid in the afternoons. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening. Most of our customers are from the colony or nearby parts of Pedagantyada. We don't spend much time on fancy displays. We just put the items out where people can see them. The shelves are a bit crowded sometimes, but that’s just how retail goes when you have a lot of items to show. We’ve been here at Mig-120 for a good while, so people in the H. B. Colony know us. We don't make any big promises; we just sell what we have and try to be fair about it. It’s a simple life. We have a few fans going to keep the air moving, and there’s usually some music playing quietly in the background. It’s just a regular neighborhood shop. We spend some of our downtime just tidying up the boxes and making sure the prices are still legible. It’s nothing fancy, just a decent place to shop.
