The hospital is located right in Seethammadhara, which is a pretty well-known part of town. Since we focus on women and children, there is always a lot of noise. You hear babies crying or kids running around the corridors when they should be sitting still. It’s just how it is here. The building isn't huge, but we make use of every corner we have. Most of the people who come to see us live nearby, so we know a lot of the families by name now. It’s a busy life working in a place like this. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure things are ready for the next person. Seethammadhara has changed a lot, with more shops and traffic, but we stay right where we are. Dealing with kids means you have to be patient, even when things get stressful or the schedule falls behind. We don't try to act like a big corporate chain. It’s more of a local spot where people feel okay bringing their families. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit warm when it's full, but we try to keep the fans going. It’s a practical place for local health needs. We don't have any fancy speeches to give. We just show up, open the doors, and do the work that needs doing for the women and kids who walk in.
