Our office for Onshore Construction Company Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Ramapuram, Chennai. We are located at Thirumalai Nagar, specifically on Natarajan Street. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main roads. We share the space with Rajesh B.V., at house number 24. Finding us might take a minute if you aren't familiar with the small streets around here, but once you find Natarajan Street, it’s easy. We’ve been working out of this Chennai-87 spot for a good while. The humidity here can be something else, but we have our fans running and we get through the day. We are a small group of people just trying to manage construction work across the city. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at site plans. We don’t have any fancy corporate branding on the walls. It’s just a place to work. People in the neighborhood are friendly, and we usually get our lunch from the small shops nearby. We don't do anything flashy. If a job needs doing, we figure out how to do it and then we go out and do it. It is a very simple way of running a business. We like being in this part of Ramapuram. It feels like a real community. We just keep our heads down and try to do an honest day's work.
