You can find Nlite Informatics & Staffing Pvt. Ltd. on the second floor of the IT Building in Seethammadhara. It’s a busy part of Visakhapatnam, and there are a lot of other offices in the same block. We’ve been here for a while now, and the building is starting to show its age a little, but it works perfectly fine for us. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of computers and people talking on headsets. We spend the whole day looking for people to fill jobs or working on various tech projects that come our way. It’s not a fancy tech startup with bean bags and games; it’s a place where people come to work and get things done. The air conditioner sometimes makes a rattling noise, but we’ve all learned to ignore it. We have a small area where we interview candidates, and it’s usually quite busy with people coming in and out. Seethammadhara is a nice enough area with some good food stalls nearby for a quick lunch. We keep things pretty simple here. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just try to match the right person to the right job and keep the informatics side of things moving along. It can get a bit stressful when deadlines are close or a position needs to be filled fast, but we just buckle down and do the work. It’s a straightforward office life in a good city right by the coast.
