You can find us on 100 Feet Road in Gajuwaka, right across from the GMC office in Chinagantayada. Being on such a big road means we see a lot of the city pass by our windows every day. The office name has a bit of a typo in it if you look closely at the sign, but we’ve just stuck with it because that’s how we started out. We are a small team of architects and engineers. Most of what we do involves looking at land and figuring out how to put a solid structure on it without too much trouble. Gajuwaka is a busy industrial kind of area, so there is always some kind of construction happening nearby. Our office is pretty basic, just the essentials like desks, chairs, and a bunch of rulers. We don’t spend much on decorating the place because we are usually too busy with the actual work. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we are always wiping down the computers. It’s a regular routine of coming in, checking the emails, and getting back to the blueprints. We know the local building rules pretty well and we just try to make sure everything we draw is going to stand up right. People around Chinagantayada know us as the guys on the main road who are always busy with their papers and measuring tapes. It’s a loud place, but it’s where we get things done.
