You can find Naidu Hospital in Gopalapatnam. It’s a straightforward place and we don’t try to make it seem like something it’s not. The building is a bit older, with some cracks in the plaster here and there, but it’s home to us. We have a small lobby where people wait, and we usually have a radio playing quietly in the background to cover the noise from the street. The doctors have their own small rooms for seeing patients. They aren't very big, but they have enough space for a desk and an exam table. We keep all our medical supplies in a locked cabinet in the hallway. We handle things like common colds, minor injuries, and regular checkups for the local families. We don't have a big IT department, so most of our records are still kept on paper in big folders. It works for us, even if it’s a bit old-fashioned. The staff is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to cleaning up the waiting area.
