Our office is over in Visakhapatnam, right next to the Coca-Cola plant in Satyanagar. The address is a bit of a mouthful, Flat 2 at Sainivas, Manchukonda Gardens. Being in Vizag, we’re close to the port which is important for the kind of logistics work we do. The office is in a residential-style building, so it’s not some glass tower. It’s a practical place where we keep our logs and manage the cargo movements. You can often hear the traffic and the activity from the nearby industrial areas. We handle a lot of the nitty-gritty details of shipping and transport. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just focus on the cargo. Sometimes things get delayed at the docks and we have to spend hours sorting it out, but that’s the job. The team here is small and we’ve been working together for quite a while. We know our way around the local regulations and the port authorities. It’s a lot of phone calls and a lot of checking documents over and over. We just try to be honest with our clients and keep things simple. It’s a basic office with some desks and a lot of folders, but it’s where we get everything done. We just keep moving forward one day at a time, trying to stay on top of the schedule.
