We run things out of the C.B.M. Compound in Visakhapatnam. The name is a mouthful, M/S Bholu Kumar Parmar and Bkp Shipping & Estates, but we just call it the office. We’ve got our hands in a few different things, mainly shipping logistics and some real estate stuff around Andhra Pradesh. Being in Vizag, the port is a big part of why we are here. Our office at Dno 9-25-10 is where the actual work happens, away from the docks but close enough to know what’s going on. It’s usually a bit crowded with files and maps because real estate and shipping both involve a ton of documentation. We aren't a big corporate entity with a lobby; it's more of a place where people sit down and figure out where a cargo ship is or who's buying what plot of land. The team here is local, and we’ve been part of the Visakhapatnam business scene for a good while. It's straightforward work. We help move things across the water and manage properties on land. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, especially when a shipment is delayed or a sale is closing. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the numbers match and the people we deal with are told the truth about what's happening.
