We have been at the Sai Sugunaresdency for a while now, right near the Jaggarao Bridge in Akkayyapalem. It’s a busy spot in Visakhapatnam. Being in Flat No FF2 means we see a lot of the local traffic and people moving around the neighborhood every day. Working in construction means there is always something going on, whether it is looking over plans or getting ready for the next job site. Most of our day is spent here at the office handling the small details that keep a project moving. It’s not a fancy office, just a regular place where the work gets done. Sometimes the bridge gets crowded, but we like being in this part of town because it feels central. The team here knows the local area well. We handle the paperwork and the planning right from this flat. It is a simple setup, but it works for what we do. People around here know us as the local construction folks. We don’t really go for big speeches or anything like that. We just show up, look at the schedules, and make sure things are headed in the right direction. If you are walking past the bridge, you’ll probably see the building. It’s just how we operate, keeping things straightforward and staying busy with the daily tasks that come with being a builder in this city. Every project has its own set of challenges, but we just take them one by one.
