We've been at this spot in Madhuranagar for a while now. Seethammapeta is a busy place, so there's always something going on outside our door at 49-28-10/2. Metwin International Pvt. Ltd. isn't a huge fancy operation with hundreds of people. We’re just a small group trying to get things done right. Most mornings start with clearing off the desks and checking what came in overnight. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. Some days the internet acts up or the power goes out for an hour, but we manage. We aren’t trying to change the world, just keeping the business moving. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. We know most of the people nearby by now. If you walk past, you'll probably hear us talking or the sound of the printer going. It's not always quiet. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure nothing gets missed in the shuffle. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, especially towards the end of the month. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us here in the office day in and day out. We try to be fair and do what we said we’d do. That’s about it for us. We just want to keep things running smooth and handle the work as it comes in.
