Maytas Properties

This is the Maytas Properties office in Visakhapatnam. We’re situated in Gavarajaggayyapalem, specifically near B.H.P.V Sheelanagar. If you know the T. Chlapathirao or Apparao area, we’re right around there. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the full address, but locals know the spot pretty well. Being near the B.H.P.V area means there’s always a bit of industrial movement around, and Sheelanagar is a pretty active part of Vizag. We spend our days dealing with the local property market in Andhra Pradesh. It involves a lot of checking maps and talking to people about what’s available or what the prices are doing lately. The office itself stays pretty quiet most of the time, except when someone pops in to ask about a listing. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest place in town. We just handle the business that comes our way. Sometimes I take a walk outside and look at how much the area has developed over the last couple of years. It’s changing fast, with new things popping up everywhere you look. Inside, we have our files, our computers, and usually some coffee going on the side desk. No corporate team writes our stuff; it’s just us. We keep track of the plots and buildings in this neck of the woods. It’s regular work for regular people. We’ve been here long enough that the surroundings feel like home. It’s just a standard office where property stuff gets handled every day without much fuss.
