It’s a busy area, especially with the bank being downstairs, so there are always people moving about. Our office is on the fourth floor, which gives us a decent view of the neighborhood. Maytas Infra Pvt Ltd uses this space to manage everything happening in the Vizag region. It’s a typical office setup with a few cabins and a main area where the engineers sit. We aren't big on decorations; we mostly have shelves full of technical manuals and binders. Muralinagar is a good spot because it’s central, making it easier for our team to get to the different ports or construction zones we monitor. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow, so many of us just take the stairs. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We focus on getting the scheduling right and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we just close the windows and keep going. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that here. It’s just a bunch of guys and a few clerks making sure the infrastructure projects stay on track. That’s just the way we operate in Visakhapatnam. We keep it simple and stay busy until the sun goes down.
