Maytas Infra Ltd

Our office is over in Sagar Nagar, specifically at Lig 414B. It’s a decent spot in Visakhapatnam, not too far from the water if you walk a bit. We’ve been operating Maytas Infra Ltd from this location for some time now. It’s a residential-style setup, which actually makes it feel a bit more comfortable than those cold office buildings downtown. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of phone calls to the foremen and checking on where the materials are. Since we are in the infrastructure business, our boots are rarely clean. You’ll see them lined up by the door most days. The rooms are filled with files and some old maps of the local area. We don't have a reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk working on a spreadsheet or a technical drawing. Vizag is a good place to work, though the humidity can be a bit much in the summer months. We handle the daily tasks, the payroll, and the site planning right from these rooms. Sometimes we sit out for a short break and just watch the neighborhood activity. It’s a quiet street for the most part. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the heavy work we have to manage across different sites. It’s a straightforward operation with a small team that knows what they are doing. We just keep things moving every day.
