You can find the Maytas Infra Ltd office at Dr.No. 64-22-10 in Kunchamma Colony. It’s located in the Malkapuram Post area of Visakhapatnam. This part of town, 530011, is quite residential but close to the industrial zones too. It’s a bit quieter than the main city center, which we actually prefer for getting our paperwork done. The building is just a standard place, nothing that would stand out to a stranger passing by. Inside, we keep things pretty simple. There are blueprints rolled up in the corners and some old photos of past sites we worked on. We have a small staff here, and we all know each other’s families. It’s that kind of place. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do; we just build things and manage projects. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan. We take our lunches together most of the time, often bringing food from home. The neighborhood is friendly, and we’ve gotten to know the people living around Kunchamma Colony over the years. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a solid job and keep the lights on. It’s practical, everyday work for us.
