Maytas Infra Ltd

Visakhapatnam is a big place, and Maytas Infra Ltd is tucked away in the Sriharipuram area. Specifically, we are at Dr No 62-3-71. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around, especially with the industries nearby. The air always has a bit of that salty sea smell, which is nice if you like being near the coast. Our office is pretty modest. We have the usual stuff you’d expect—desks, a few computers, and a lot of folders. We don't go in for anything flashy. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on project timelines. It gets quite loud outside with the trucks passing through, but we don't mind it much anymore. The Pin 530011 area is quite convenient for getting to different parts of the city. We’ve been here for a while, and the local shops know us well enough. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar with deadlines marked in red. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we sit around and talk about the old projects while having some tea in the afternoon. It’s a decent living. We just try to do the work properly and keep things moving. There’s always something that needs fixing or a plan that needs a quick change. That’s just the nature of what we do here.
