This part of Maytas Infra is located out in Visakhapatnam. We are set up in Sai Nagar, which is in Desapatrunipalem near Paravada. The address is linked to Janardhana Rao’s place. It’s more of a local site office than a big corporate building. Down here in Andhra Pradesh, the work is mostly about the projects happening in the industrial zones nearby. The 530032 area is quite specific, and we’ve been operating from here to stay close to the actual construction sites. It helps being right where the action is because you can’t manage infrastructure from a distance. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space for the engineers to meet and for us to store the project files. We deal with a lot of dust and heat because of the location. Most days are spent making sure the materials arrive and that the workers know what they are doing. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit to reach the different parts of the project. We’ve gotten to know the locals around Paravada pretty well over the months. It’s a simple life here, focused on getting the job done. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything runs as smooth as possible. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from dawn to dusk. Every day we just tackle whatever problem comes up first. We try to keep the paperwork in order so things don't get messy.
