You can find us over in Chinawaltair, specifically at 7-14-10/1 near the A.U. Outgate Down. It’s a busy part of Visakhapatnam, especially being on the 4th Lane. We share some space here at C/O Terli Sankar Rao’s place. Working in Vizag is interesting because you have the sea nearby but the work is all about hard concrete and steel. As Maytas Infra Limited, our days are filled with looking at blueprints and talking to site supervisors. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls; it’s more about files, maps, and plenty of coffee. The traffic around the university gate can be a bit much in the mornings, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just handle the infrastructure projects that come our way. Every project has its own set of problems, whether it's the soil or just getting the right labor on site. We sit down, talk through the issues, and try to find a way to keep things moving. It’s a straightforward approach. We’ve been part of the landscape here for a while, and we just focus on the job at hand without worrying about being polished or sounding corporate. It’s just us, working on building things in this corner of Andhra Pradesh. We take the work seriously but don't take ourselves too seriously.
