We are based at Plot No.102 in Mamatha Enclave, which is in the Yellamambanagar area of Old Venkojipalem in Visakhapatnam. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a good spot for us. Being in Vizag means we are close to the coast, though our office is tucked away in a more residential-feeling part of town. Madras Cements Ltd has had this office for a while. It’s not a big skyscraper or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we handle the paperwork and the local distribution details. The street outside can get a bit crowded with scooters and delivery vans. Inside, we have our small team sitting around, usually busy with the phones or looking at delivery schedules. We don't use any fancy talk here; we just speak plain English and get to the point. The office has a bit of an old-school feel to it, which we like. There are no modern art pieces or expensive rugs. We just have what we need to do the job. If you come by to visit, you might have to look closely for the plot number because the signs in Old Venkojipalem can be a bit tricky to see sometimes. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We just keep things moving along as best as we can every day. Most of us have worked here for years and we like the routine of the city. We just stay focused on the orders.
