Madhav Travels & Services

Our place is at H.No.43-6-1 in the Surabhi Complex. We are located in Railway New Colony here in Visakhapatnam. Being near the railway station means there is always a lot of movement. Madhav Travels & Services is basically a small room with a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. The 530016 area is pretty central so we get people from all over. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have some old files stacked in the corner and a calendar that we sometimes forget to flip. The work is mostly about managing bookings and making sure cars show up on time. It can be stressful when a train is late and everyone is calling at once. We just do what we can. The building itself is an older one but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the next person to walk through the door. It’s a local business through and through. We know the roads around the colony like the back of our hand. People stop by to ask for directions almost as much as they ask for travel help. We don't mind at all. It is just part of being in this neighborhood. We keep things simple and try to stay organized among all the paperwork and phone calls that fill our day.
