Lodka Engineering

Down here in Visakhapatnam, we’ve got our setup at D. No in the 530004 zip code area. It’s a busy part of the city, like most of Vizag these days. We spend a lot of time dealing with engineering stuff, so the office is often a bit messy with papers and diagrams. It isn’t the kind of place you’d see in a magazine, but it works for what we do. The salt air from the coast sometimes makes things rust a bit faster, so we’re always wiping down our tools and desks. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the locals know us. The building itself is just a standard structure on a busy street. There’s usually some construction noise nearby, which can be annoying during meetings, but that’s just life in a growing city. We have a few chairs for visitors, but mostly it’s just us working at our stations. The lighting could be better in the back corner, but we haven't gotten around to changing the bulbs yet. We usually just leave the door open to get a bit of a breeze when it’s not too humid out. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on our tasks at hand. It’s how we’ve always done things here in Andhra Pradesh. Sometimes we head down to the beach after work just to clear our heads. The office floor has some stains from old spills, but we just put a rug over them and move on.
