Lee Pharma Limited

We have been here in Vadlapudi for a while now. It is a quiet place mostly but gets busy when the shifts change. Being at Lee Pharma Limited means we spend most of our day looking at schedules and making sure the medicine gets moved to where it needs to go. The air around here is what you would expect from an industrial area, a bit dusty sometimes. We start early in the morning when the sun isn't too hot yet. Most of the staff comes from nearby villages. Sometimes the trucks get delayed on the narrow roads, and that throws off our whole morning routine. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical building meant for work. We have a small tea stall right outside where everyone gathers during breaks. It is nothing special, but the tea is hot and helps us get through the afternoon slump. Vadlapudi has grown a lot since we first set up here. More buildings are going up every year. Our daily tasks involve a lot of checking lists and packing boxes. It gets repetitive, but that is just the nature of this kind of business. We try to keep things organized even when it gets hectic during the month-end rush. The neighbors know us as the pharma place on the corner. It is just a regular job for us, really. We make sure the gates are locked at night and do it all over again tomorrow.
