Larsen & Turbo (L&T)

At Larsen & Turbo (L&T), our local office is in Visakhapatnam, specifically at Flat no. 101 in the Sriganeshresidency. We are located in R.K. Nagar within the B.S. Layout. Operating out of an apartment building gives us a very different perspective on the workday. It’s not like being in a huge office park. We see our neighbors and the local shops every day. Vizag is a great city to live in. However, the humidity can be a bit much when you’re trying to get things done in the middle of the afternoon. Our team here is small. We all pitch in with whatever needs doing. This includes handling the paperwork or talking to contractors on-site. The office is pretty simple. Desks are squeezed in and folders are stacked up on the shelves. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby to greet people. It’s a practical space where the focus is on the actual work. R.K. Nagar is a convenient spot for us to reach different parts of the city quickly. We don't really do the whole corporate mission statement thing. We are just here to do a job. We make sure the projects in Andhra Pradesh are moving along as they should. It’s a busy life with a lot of coordination. We like being right here in the heart of the community. We just take things as they come every morning.
