L & T is our name, and you can find us at 10-169/2 in R.H. Colony II. This is in the Kondayyavalasa area of Aganampudi, which is part of Visakhapatnam. We’ve been operating out of this specific spot for a good while. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here, so there’s always something going on. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a plain building where we do our work. We don't have any corporate banners or polished reception areas. We just have some desks, chairs, and our equipment. The humidity in Vizag can be pretty tough, so we usually have the fans going full blast. Our team is small, and we don't follow any strict rules about how to talk or dress. We just focus on getting the tasks finished. We don't do any big advertising campaigns. Most people in the colony know who we are and what we do. We like staying local and keeping things simple. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea, and other days we are so busy we can barely breathe. That’s just the way it goes. We don't have any big plans to expand or move. We like it here in Aganampudi. It’s a good community and we feel like we belong. We just keep doing what we do, day after day, without any fuss.
