Kshemankari Constructions

If you are looking for us in Vizag, we are located at Madhavadara, specifically near Pole No 78A/6 on the main road. We sit in the Vizag Profile Residency building. Most people just look for the My Cars showroom since that is a big landmark right nearby. It gets quite windy here sometimes because of the coast, but our office stays pretty quiet most of the time. We have been at this spot for some time now under the name Kshemankari Constructions. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we get things done. We have a lot of site photos pinned up on the walls and the desks are usually covered in a bit of dust from the road. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour, but it’s a good spot for people to find us. We don’t really have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who know their way around a building site. We spend a lot of time out in the field and then come back here to handle the paperwork and the drawings. Sometimes we forget to even put the sign out, but since we are right by the residency, people usually find their way. It’s a bit cramped with all the equipment and files we keep, but it works for us. We just go about our day and do the work.
