Chaitanya Enterprises

Chaitanya Enterprises is based at 15 Krishna Nagar in the Maharanipeta area of Visakhapatnam. It’s a residential-turned-commercial part of town, so the streets are lined with old trees and a mix of houses and small offices. Our place is a simple building that’s been here for quite some time. You can feel the sea breeze sometimes, though we’re a few blocks away from the actual water. The office inside is a bit cluttered with papers and samples, as we’ve never been very good at keeping everything perfectly filed away. We have a small porch out front where we sit sometimes in the late afternoon when the sun isn't as harsh. Most of our neighbors are people we’ve known for years, so there’s always someone stopping by for a quick chat. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We’re usually in casual clothes, just focused on the work at hand. The building has its own set of problems, like a leaky tap or a door that squeaks, but it feels like home to us. Vizag is a busy city, but Maharanipeta feels a bit more relaxed than the newer areas. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals plastered on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and enjoy the quiet moments when the phones stop ringing for a bit. It is what it is.
