Our office is based at Z. P. Junction in Maharanipeta. Being in Krishna Nagar means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. We are registered as a private limited company but on the ground, it just feels like a regular workplace. The staff comes in early to get the rooms ready. We have a lot of admin work to deal with because of the nature of the clinic. There are many forms to fill out and records to maintain for every person who visits. The air conditioning works most of the time which is good because it gets very hot in this part of town. We have a small team that has worked together for a long time. We do not have a big marketing department or anything. Most of our energy goes into making sure the appointments run on time. The building is situated near several other businesses. Finding a place to park near the junction can be a real headache some days. We see a lot of the same faces coming back for follow-ups. The nurses are usually the ones running around the most. We try to keep the environment calm because people are often stressed when they visit. It is a practical place without any unnecessary frills. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to get through the daily schedule without too many delays.
