We operate out of the office at Rk Beach, right near The Gateway Hotel and across from Novotel in Visakhapatnam. Being by the beach means we get a lot of that salt air, which isn't great for the electronics, but it’s a nice view to have. We’re in the hospitality business, specifically under the Varun name. Our daily routine involves a lot of meetings and checking on our different properties. Maharani Peta is a busy area, so there’s always people around the building. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We’re just a team of people trying to keep things organized. We spend time looking at numbers, talking to managers, and making sure the hotels have what they need for the week. It’s mostly behind-the-scenes work that nobody sees. You won't see us out front much, but we're there in the office at D.No 15-3-20. Visakhapatnam is growing fast, and we’re just trying to keep up with the pace of the city. Some days are just filled with paperwork and phone calls that never seem to end. We deal with suppliers, staff issues, and maintenance schedules. It’s just regular work that needs doing. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the local scene. We just focus on the practical side of running hospitality ventures without any of the fancy talk or promotional stuff. It's just us doing our jobs and making sure the bills are paid and the doors stay open.
