Kala Hospital Private Limited

We are tucked away in 6th Lane over in Dwaraka Nagar. The address is No. 47-1-104, but most people just look for the turn-off near the main road. 6th Lane is a bit narrow, so if two cars meet, one usually has to back up. That happens more often than you’d think throughout the day. Inside, the hospital is pretty straightforward. We have a front desk that has seen better days, piled high with ledgers and some computer monitors. The staff stays busy answering the phone and filing away papers. It’s a private hospital, but it feels like a neighborhood place. People from Dwaraka Nagar come in for all sorts of things, from small fevers to bigger issues. We have a few wards and some private rooms. The lighting is a bit bright, that typical fluorescent white, but it helps when you’re looking for a vein or reading a chart. We don’t have a big fancy cafeteria, just a small corner where you can get some water or a quick snack. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost trying to find us in the lanes, so we have to go out and wave them down. It’s just one of those things about being in this part of town. We keep the place as clean as we can and try to stay on top of the schedule, even when things get hectic in the afternoons. It is a simple operation and we just take things as they come.
