Our office, Jurong Infrastructure (India) Ltd., is located in Visakhapatnam, specifically in Rrv Puram. If you’re looking for us, we are at Plot No:35, F/4 in the Simhagiri Nilayam building. It’s located within Simhadri Nagar, which is a decent area. The building isn't hard to spot once you get onto the right street. Working in Vizag means we deal with the humidity, but the breeze from the coast helps sometimes. This office is run by K. Venkateswara Rao and the rest of the local team. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish here. It is a straightforward workspace with a few rooms and the usual office furniture. Most of our day is spent coordinating infrastructure details and managing local projects. It gets quite busy during the middle of the week. We usually grab lunch from the small places around the corner. The atmosphere is quiet, mostly because we aren't right on the main highway. People here just go about their business without much fuss. It’s a practical setup. We don't use fancy titles or have big meetings with slides. We just talk through what needs to be finished and get to it. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it serves us well for what we do. It’s a real office for real work. We find that being in a residential pocket like this makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a crowded business district.
