You can find J M C Projects over in Kurmannapalem at the Pawan Residency. Based in Flat 401, it’s not some big warehouse, just a workspace where we get our planning done. Ch.Srinivasarao stays around making sure things are moving. With Visakhapatnam being a growing place, being here in Andhra Pradesh keeps us pretty busy. Putting up giant billboards isn't our type of thing. Working on projects as they come in is how we spend our time. Instead of sitting in the office, we are usually out on site. It’s a practical setup. Dealing with regular people and regular problems happens every day. Whether the weather is hot or dusty, the work doesn't stop. Mission statements and fancy goals aren't something we have. Finishing what we started is the only plan. Our crew is straightforward and uses plain English or the local tongue to get the point across. Taking it one project at a time makes for a decent living. If someone needs to find us, they just come to the residency and head up to the fourth floor. It’s simple. Keeping it that way makes life easier for everyone involved. There isn't a big secret to how we work. Showing up every morning and putting in the hours until the list is done is the way we go about things. We just want to get the job done right so we can move on to the next one.
