This is our branch in Vishakapatnam, specifically over in the Kancharpalem area. We are based in Indira Nagar IV. Jagadeesh is usually the one you'll talk to if you stop by the office. It’s a residential-feeling neighborhood, so it’s not like those big corporate parks. The address is D-No Indira Nagar Iv, and it’s basically where the project work for this region gets handled. My father, Pola Raju, started out in this area too, so we have deep roots in the community. It’s a busy place with always something going on outside. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our records and meet with people who are working on the infrastructure side of things. We have a lot of maps and blueprints laying around most of the time. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the whole crew is in, but usually, it's just a couple of us keeping things moving. We handle the local projects from here. It’s convenient because we’re close to the main parts of Vizag but tucked away enough that it's relatively quiet at night. People sometimes struggle to find the specific door number because Indira Nagar is quite big, but if you ask around for Jagadeesh, someone usually knows. We’ve been doing this for a long time now. It’s just how we work, staying close to where the projects are actually happening instead of being in some high-rise. It keeps us grounded and aware of what’s going on in the streets.
