Vizag is a coastal city, so the air always has that salty humidity to it. Our office for Ivrcl I & P Ltd is located in a busy part of the city. Nad Kotha Road has a lot of shops and people moving about all day. The building we are in is a typical urban structure. It’s not a glass-walled skyscraper, just a regular concrete building. Inside, we’ve got our workspace set up with the basic necessities. We have a few fans to keep the air moving because it gets quite sticky in the afternoons. The noise from the road is a constant hum in the background of our work day. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone in a suit. We are just regular people managing the local project requirements. We use a lot of physical folders because the digital stuff isn't always reliable when the power flickers. It’s a very down-to-earth place to work. We spend our time checking on supplies and coordinating with the guys out in the field. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us busy with some ledger or talking over a plan. It’s just how we do things here, and it seems to work out fine for the projects.
