Inova Education Foundation

We are over in Natayyapalem, specifically near the Bangaramma Temple. Our address is 32-2-7/1 in Pedagantyada, Visakhapatnam. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a nice area once you get here. Inova Education Foundation is based in a simple building. We’re not a big fancy organization with a lot of funding or shiny equipment. We’re just a small group working out of a couple of rooms. The temple nearby means we often hear the bells and music, which is quite nice and keeps the day from feeling too long. The area is mostly residential, so it’s fairly peaceful compared to the city center. We have some basic furniture and a few old computers that we use for our daily tasks. It gets a bit dusty because of the wind and the construction around the area, so we’re always cleaning the desks in the morning. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what we need to do each day and we get to it. Most of the people working here live close by, so we don't have long commutes. We usually bring our own lunch boxes and eat together in the small kitchen area. It’s a very informal atmosphere, like working with family. We like being part of this local community in Vizag. It feels right to be here and doing this work.
