Out in the Visakhapatnam district, Indu Projects Ltd has a presence in Bangarayyapeta village. It’s under the Kasimkota Mandal, and our mail goes through the Thallapalem post office. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time talking through problems rather than just sending emails. It’s a tight-knit group. We don’t have a fancy canteen, so we usually eat whatever is local. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks without any big corporate drama or complicated systems.
