Idl Build Ware Ltd. Visakhapatnam

Our shop is at 19-121 in Chandranagar, which is part of the Gopalapatnam area in Visakhapatnam. We are pretty close to the railway station side of things, so you can often hear the trains in the distance. The neighborhood is mostly residential with a lot of small businesses mixed in. We’ve got a good amount of space here to keep all the building materials and supplies. It’s a dusty job, so the floor is never really clean no matter how much we sweep it. We have a small counter where we talk to people who come in looking for stuff. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us and the warehouse. The humidity in Vizag can be quite something, especially in the middle of the year, so we all move a bit slower when the sun is high. We know most of the people around here by name. It’s a local operation through and through. We open up early in the morning and stay until the evening. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when it’s quiet just to catch a bit of a breeze. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours and we are comfortable with how we run things in Gopalapatnam. Most of the time we are just busy checking the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be.
