Hofincons

We operate out of H.No:36-94-294/7 in Jagajeevan Nagar, which is in the Kancharapalem area of Visakhapatnam. This place is a bit of a maze if you don’t know it well. We are tucked away in a residential-style building, sharing space with the everyday life of the neighborhood. Hofincons has a small presence here, and it’s very much a local operation. You can hear the sounds of the street, people talking, and the occasional scooter zooming by. It’s not a polished business park. The address is a bit long, usually care of M. Appaladas, so people sometimes have a hard time finding us on the first try. We’ve got a small team here in Vizag, and we mostly focus on the tasks at hand without much fuss. The 530008 area is quite busy and full of life. We don't have a big budget for advertising or fancy office perks. We just have our workspace and our commitment to finishing the day's work. It gets quite warm here near the coast, but we’re used to it. The office is just a place where we gather, drink some tea, and get things done. It’s simple, maybe a bit cramped at times, but it serves its purpose. We don't see the point in making things look more impressive than they are. We’re just regular people working in a regular part of town. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks during our meetings, but we just laugh and continue.
