Hindustan Zinc Limited

We are located at C-21 in the Western Colony near the Zinc Smelter post office in Visakhapatnam. This part of Vizag is pretty industrial, so there is always a bit of a hum in the air from the nearby works. Being part of Hindustan Zinc Limited here means we are right in the middle of things. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a standard colony house that we’ve turned into our workspace. It’s functional, which is what matters most to us. We don't have a marketing department here to write pretty things about us. It’s just us staff members doing the daily grind. The coastal humidity is something we just live with, and the tea guy comes around at the same time every afternoon. We like the routine of it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just handle the business that comes through the door at 530015. It feels more like a small team environment than a giant corporation when you are inside these walls. We’ve got our files and our computers and we just keep the wheels turning. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. People in the colony know us well enough by now. We don't need a big sign or a fancy entrance to tell them what we do. It’s just plain and simple work.
