The ocean isn't too far away, but we spend most of our time inland at the sites. Our office is a practical spot where the administrative side of things happens. It’s not very big, and it’s usually filled with the sound of someone on the phone or the drone of the fan. We have a small team here, and we’ve all been in the construction business for quite a while. We don't go in for all that corporate stuff you see in the big cities. We just speak plainly and get our hands dirty when we need to. The traffic in Gajuwaka can be a real headache, but we’ve learned the best times to move around. We have our files, our computers, and our daily planners, and that’s about it. It’s an honest way to make a living. We know our neighbors and the other local businesses around Visakhapatnam. We don't put on any acts. If the work is hard, we say it’s hard. If we’re ahead of schedule, we’re happy about it. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, from this little office in AP. We aren't here to impress anyone, just to work. Most days, we just want to get things done and go home to our families.
