We are situated at Door No: 58-8-61 in the Railway Quarters at Marripalem. It’s a Type 1 quarter, number 40E, here in Visakhapatnam. Being part of Hindustan Construction Co., we have a very specific focus on the work happening around the railway areas and the local infrastructure. It’s not your typical commercial office; it feels more like a lived-in space because it’s part of the quarters. This makes it convenient for us to stay close to the tracks and the sites we are managing. There is always a lot of activity with trains passing nearby and the general hum of the Marripalem area. We keep our tools and site gear handy, and the office is usually full of maps of the local rail lines. We aren't into big marketing or trying to sound like a huge corporation. We are just a team on the ground, making sure the construction work goes as planned. The humidity in Vizag can be tough on the paperwork, so we try to keep things as organized as possible. Most people who work with us are used to this kind of practical, no-frills environment. It is a simple place where we track our progress and talk to the site foremen. We just get on with it, day after day, and try to do things properly. It’s been a good home for our team for several years and we know the railway routes well.
