Being based in Visakhapatnam means we are used to the coastal weather and how it affects building materials. Our office is a simple place where we manage various contracting jobs around the city. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or seeing our crews out at work sites. We’ve been operating here for a good number of years now. The day usually starts with a check on the inventory and seeing which teams are where. Visakhapatnam is growing fast, so there is always a new project starting somewhere nearby. We handle the labor, the supplies, and making sure the walls go up straight. It’s dusty work and sometimes quite loud, but that’s just how contracting is. We keep our files in order but the office always has a bit of grit on the floor from people coming in from the sites. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of managers. It's just a few of us making sure the work gets finished. When someone calls, they usually talk to the person actually handling the project. We prefer it that way. It keeps things simple and avoids misunderstandings. Sometimes the rain delays us, which is frustrating for everyone, but we try to make up the time when the sun comes back out. We are just a local team doing our bit in the city for the long haul and focusing on the jobs we have.
