Working here at Gherzi Eastern Ltd in Visakhapatnam feels a bit different than the big city offices. We are located right in the 530002 area, which most locals know is a busy part of town. It’s not always easy keeping things organized, but we try our best. The office is pretty simple, nothing too flashy or modern. We just have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual office stuff you’d expect. Most of us walk or take a scooter to get here. The coastal air is nice, though the salt can be tough on the equipment sometimes. We handle a lot of technical work and project details here. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows each other’s lunch habits. We don’t really do the corporate thing with long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk across the room if something needs fixing. It’s practical. Sometimes the rains make the commute a mess, but we still show up. Our address in Andhra Pradesh has been our home for a good bit now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just reliable enough to get through the daily list of things to do. It’s a bit dusty, a bit loud from the street, but it’s our space and it works for what we do. We like the rhythm of this city and the way people handle things here. It is just home for us.
