Our setup is right over by the NTPC site in Paravada, Visakhapatnam. Being near the power plant means there is always something going on and trucks are constantly moving. It’s a busy area and the air usually smells like salt from the coast and heavy machinery exhaust. We have a small office here where we handle the day-to-day stuff for our current projects. It is mostly just a bunch of us in dusty clothes trying to stay organized amidst all the construction chaos. The heat in Vizag can be something else, especially in the middle of the day, so we usually start our mornings pretty early to beat the sun. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the concrete, the steel, and the deadlines that keep us busy year-round. It’s practical, heavy work. Most of the guys have been here for years and we’ve seen the landscape change as these big plants go up. There’s a lot of noise and a lot of moving parts, but we manage to keep track of it all. If you are looking for us, look for the place with the most blueprints and the most tired-looking engineers. We are just a local branch doing what needs to be done. It’s not glamorous at all, but it is honest work and it keeps the lights on for us. We just do the job and go home.
