Amma Paper Plates

We are Amma Paper Plates and we are based in Autonagar, Gajuwaka. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Canara Bank. We have been in this spot for a while, making paper plates day in and day out. It is a simple business. We have the machines that cut and shape the paper, and we spend our time feeding them and packing the plates into boxes. The noise of the presses is something you get used to after the first hour. It’s not a glamorous job, but people always need plates for parties and stalls, so we stay busy enough. The workspace is a bit cramped because of all the stacks of paper everywhere. We don't have a big office or a fancy sign out front. Most people just know us by word of mouth in the Gajuwaka area. We are a small group, mostly just family and a few neighbors helping out. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. We just make the plates and wait for people to come pick them up. It gets quite hot in the warehouse during the summer, but we keep the fans going and keep working. It is just a regular local business doing its thing in the neighborhood. We are happy with how things are going and we just keep the machines running every single day.
