Executive In Bpo

Rakesh lives and works over here in SBI Colony, right in the Satrampadu area of Eluru. Working in a BPO setup isn't always the easiest thing, especially with the odd hours we sometimes have to keep. We are based out of house number 18, which is a regular residential street. There is nothing too special about the building itself. We started this because the work was available and we had the computers to do it. West Godavari district is a nice place to live, but the heat in the summer can be a real struggle when you are trying to keep electronic equipment cool. There are a few of us who sit in the room and just keep our heads down to handle the data or calls as they come in. People in the neighborhood know the family, as it is Mohan Raju’s son running the show. We don’t have any big signs or advertisements outside. It’s just a house where we do our daily business. Eluru is definitely growing, but it still has that small-town feeling where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We stay busy enough with the tasks we get. There is always some back-end work that needs finishing up. It’s not a fancy office with a big canteen or anything like that, but it is where we get the work done. We just keep the fans going and try to stay on top of the schedule every day.
